Explore the historic parkland and woods of Sheffield Park Gardens with your camera. Seamus will help you get the best out of the scenery and guide you through the techniques allowing you to create better pictures.
This one day workshop is from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM
We start the morning with an introductory discussion in the classroom with teas & coffees provided. We will discuss the types of images you will be taking and answering any initial camera questions you may have before heading out into the gardens.
During our time in the gardens before and after lunch I will be offering advice on how best to capture the wider landscape and the more detailed flora and fauna.
We will break for lunch at 12:30, lunch is not provided, so please bring something to eat or you can buy a lunch from the tearooms adjacent to the classroom. During the lunch break I will upload some of your images for discussion and answer any questions you may have.
At 1:30 we will head back out into the gardens to continue shooting.
At 3:00 we will go back to the classroom, where there will be tea and coffee waiting for us. We will load up some more images and have a look at how we might improve them on the computer. We will also print 2 of your images each at A3 size for you to take home with you. If we are unable to print them in the time available we will post them onto you.
Workshop will finish at 4:00 but you are welcome to go back into the gardens until closing time to continue taking photographs.
