This one day course is designed for photographers wanting to produce a book of their work via the Blurb printing on demand service. It can be as simple as a record of a holiday or family occasion or as detailed as a portfolio/monograph.

I will show you books that I have produced commercially and via Blurb. We will look at their standalone software and their Lightroom module. We will discuss the different papers that they offer, the different formats (sizes and bindings) they produce.

You will be expected to bring in a body of work, it doesn’t have to be completed, for us to work on sequencing and laying out the images. If you have a laptop please bring that along otherwise you will have to share a computer. If you have the ability to print out small (6x4 or 5x7 inch) copies of the images you wish to use that would be helpful.

There will be a break for lunch but lunch is not provided, there are many places to get food within a 5 minute walk.
